Description
The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn appointed Aura Consulting to provide PM, QS, Design, Building Services and CDM – Coordinator services for the replacement of the environmental control systems for the Library Strong Rooms. The Library strong rooms house rare historical documents and books and these require specific levels of temperature and humidity to be constantly maintained. Additionally the client only had a short window of time in which to complete the project. The project commenced in mid August 2011 and was completed by mid September 2012. The approximate value of the project was £94,000.
